In total, around 1,500 people work in our sales teams, and 4,000 others handle customers' claims. Why so many? Well, so that we can provide a service that treats everyone as individuals - and leave callers thinking 'that was painless'.

To ensure that service stays at the top of its game, we've created seven UK Centres of Excellence that are completely focused on delivering world-class customer service. They're vibrant, enjoyable places to work, with state-of-the-art equipment, innovative systems and processes, and a wide range of useful facilities.
