What we look for
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand what makes
people in our Customer Service and Claims Handling teams so good at
what they do. First and foremost, they're completely
customer-focused. So if you're the sort of person who enjoys
helping people, who will go to great lengths to find answers, then
you're halfway there.
Our technical specialists often come from a similar financial
services background. However, that's not to say you can't develop
into the area. If you've a head for figures, an analytical mind and
can look at things through our customers' eyes, chances are you'll
pick things up in no time at all.
One thing you'll definitely need, though, is the flexibility to
embrace change. Whether it's a government regulation, or a simple,
internal change of procedure, nothing stands still here for very
long. There are a massive number of external influences that make
our work so interesting. And our passion for self improvement knows
no bounds.
