About Sales & Marketing
In the Sales and Marketing division, we want everyone to be
excited about what Aviva can offer them. We want brokers to see us
as the people who can impress their clients. We want customers to
know us as the name that can deliver innovative products and
services that far exceed those of our competitors. And we want the
people who work for us to think of us as the employer that listens
to them - and gives them the opportunities they need to
develop.
To achieve this, we need to recognise every person in each of
these groups as a real individual - with their own unique
perspective and needs. And that's exactly what we're working
towards right now.
There's been a lot of change in the Sales and Marketing division
lately. We've realigned the departments, making each area's role
clearer, and enabling everyone to work together more effectively.
We're now split into five teams, Corporate Sales (Brokers and Partners),
Aviva Direct,
RAC, Portfolio Management and Marketing Services.
