We run apprenticeship programmes for people of all levels, from all of our different teams. Right now, there are almost 400 apprentices across Aviva UK. They’re a brilliant opportunity to gain useful professional qualifications. The days when apprenticeships were about making the tea are long gone.
Our Aviva University platform will enable you to learn when and where it suits you. (Well, within reason – we wouldn’t recommend trying to learn whilst you’re immersed in the latest EastEnders love triangle…) You’ll have access to over 5,500 digital learning resources through our LinkedIn learning portal too.
