I’m proud to work for a company that has high sustainability targets and wants to look after its employees. I joined Aviva in 2013 fresh out of university with a Law Degree, and since then, every day has been different, full of the expected and the unexpected. I’m not just another worker ant! I get to work in Norwich, London and from my home. As a mum of 4-year-old autistic twins, that flexibility is really vital.

It’s up to me to ensure the safe running of the Boards I support. That requires a lot of plate spinning, with numerous deadlines to meet, usually all at the same time. Some of the conversations I get to be a part of mean I get to know many company secrets before most!
