In order to qualify for the programme, you’ll need:
Please check our individual market careers websites, listed here, for details.
You’ll have to wait until the following academic year before re-applying.
You need to be eligible to work in the country that you are applying for without the need for sponsorship.
Yes of course, we welcome all students from all backgrounds. What’s important to us is that you have a good academic record, a flexible approach to where you will be working and commitment to our Graduate Leadership Programme.
Whilst we’ll process your application as quickly as possible, lead times can vary dependent on country, their close date and the volume of applications. We will keep you fully up-to-date with your progress at regular intervals throughout the application process.
Our first stage interview is a video, and your assessment centre may be virtual too, so you won’t need to travel. Each country will have its own policy for this so please ask your local recruiter for further details.
Given the international nature of the programme, we will provide a salary aligned to the market you are recruited to and benchmarked to similar companies in that country. The programme will offer competitive benefits throughout the scheme.
Each assignment is dependent on business needs and experience required, so it is important that you are open and willing to move into any role.
Due to the global nature of the programme, getting together face-to-face prior to joining can be challenging. However, we will ensure that you’re able to chat to other people joining the programme via our Graduate Leadership Programme app. You will also be allocated a buddy prior to joining and receive further information about Aviva before you start.
