Tech Change Delivery
Our Tech Change Delivery roles are suited to people who are naturally curious — big picture thinkers who enjoy identifying and solving problems, creating innovative new solutions and who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you enjoy planning and organising and you like to influence thinking and the way things are done, this route could be a good match for you.
You can experience one of the following roles within our Tech & Change teams.
- Business Analyst (Norwich or York) — our Business Analysts help us understand the customer and business needs we need to meet — and what’s required to deliver the practical solutions to meet them. If you’re the kind of person who can explain complex concepts and problems in a simple way, this is the place for you. You’ll analyse and evaluate business opportunities and identify areas for improvement. And in everything you do, you’ll champion the use of technology to improve how we do things for our 18.7 million customers and thousands of colleagues.
- Project Manager (Norwich or York) — our Project Managers are experts in organising both themselves and others! They’re comfortable taking the lead, yet make sure everyone is heard. With a passion for delivering great customer service and a mix of people and planning skills, our Project Managers are just the people to make sure everything gets done in the right way, at the right time and on budget.
- Risk Analyst (Norwich) — management of risk plays an important role across all our change deliveries and day-to-day operations. It ensures we’re keeping our technology, our colleagues and, ultimately, our 18.7 million customers safe. As a Risk Analyst you will work with technical and non-technical teams to ensure risks (uncertainties, potential threats) are identified, assessed and have appropriate action plans in place (and managed!) to reduce or remove risk and ensure safe and successful delivery. You’ll have similar skills and strengths to Project Managers and Business Analysts and will be comfortable being curious and inquisitive, collaborating across teams and analysing and identifying areas for improvement.
