Business Analyst (Norwich or York)
If you’re good at analysing and breaking down complex concepts and making it simple for people, this could be where you’d like to be. Our Business Analysts help us understand what our customers really need – and what’s needed to deliver the practical solutions to meet them.
You’ll analyse and evaluate business opportunities (including the supporting data) and identify areas for improvement. You’ll use effective questioning, challenge assumptions, and explore alternative perspectives. It’s all about solving customer problems and maximising opportunities – whether it’s navigating ambiguity, resolving blockers, or shaping smarter ways of doing things.
And through it all, you’ll be championing tech – using it to improve how we do things for our millions of customers and thousands of colleagues.
Project Manager (Norwich or York)
If you’re a natural organiser, love to take the lead, and enjoy bringing people together to get stuff done, this could be your kind of role. Our Project Managers are brilliant at planning, but they’re also flexible enough to roll with the changes.
You’ll be making things simple, removing blockages and paving the way for successful delivery – inspiring and helping teams deliver great outcomes for our customers, efficiently and effectively. You’ll be comfortable speaking up whether it’s with Aviva teams, or our third-party suppliers and strategic partners, continually looking at ways to improve how we deliver change and making sure everyone’s heard and held accountable.
With strong people and planning skills, a passion for delivering great customer service, as well as a sharp eye for spotting and managing risks and vulnerabilities, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget and gets done in the right way, at the right time.
