If you’re in your penultimate year at university, we have some brilliant opportunities to help get some experience under your belt and kick start your career.

Whether you’ve got a summer to spend with us or a whole placement year, we have opportunities to suit you. And whichever area of our business you choose to explore, you’ll find yourself working alongside experts, tackling real challenges, and doing work that will make a difference to our customers. After all, they’re at the heart of everything we do.
Every opportunity will add to your academic studies as you build your strengths, knowledge, and skills with hands-on experience and real-world insight. And if you’re not exactly sure what you want your next step to be, that’s OK. These opportunities are about exploring. We actively welcome applications from a variety of disciplines because we want people with different perspectives and experiences.
Our placements provide an excellent introduction to our graduate programmes. So, when you finish you may be offered an invitation to join us in a role after you graduate.
Spend a year with us discovering the impact you can make on challenging the status quo, identifying problems and opportunities and using your skills to deliver innovative solutions for our colleagues and customers. You don’t need to be studying a tech related degree to join us though, this is about tapping into the power of tech to drive change.

Our Early Career opportunities are based in some of the UK’s most vibrant cities – all of them are great places to live and work. Not every role is in every location, so check the pathway page to see where we have roles.
You may need to be flexible about where you work and, willing to relocate if you don’t live nearby.
Wherever you are, it’s likely you’ll balance time in the office with working from home. We call this Smart Working – usually three days in the office and two days from home. Your team might do it a bit differently but don’t worry, your leader will chat it through with you, and agree what works best for you, your team and the business.
