Our Tech & Change Delivery Returners Programme is a paid, six-month opportunity designed specifically for professionals like you with prior experience in tech or change delivery. With placements available in Bristol, Norwich and York, this tailored programme offers you the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Light up your path with us

Your return-to-work experience begins with a warm welcome. On day one, you’ll get your IT kit, meet your leader and buddy and from day two, you’ll  join a  programme induction. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Programme induction: Meet the programme leads and fellow returners while learning more about us, and our Technology function and the programme.
  • Workshops and coaching: Take part in four Career Returners coaching workshops, designed to help you rebuild your confidence and navigate your career transition.
  • Collaborative teams: Work alongside forward-thinking professionals, share ideas, and learn from the best in the business.
  • Meaningful work: Engage with cutting-edge technology and impactful projects that improve the lives of our customers and colleagues.
  • Comprehensive support: Benefit from a dedicated leader, mentor, and buddy, alongside specialised returner coaching and peer support from your cohort and past participants.
