Whichever specialism you join, you’ll also become part of Quantum – our vibrant global data community. It connects our data-led colleagues across the business, helping us learn from each other, share ideas, knowledge and expertise so we can stay ahead of the curve and create standout customer experiences.

We’ll design your development around you. you’ll have the chance to study for professional qualifications and work on projects that stretch your thinking.

And that’s not all. For two of the three years, you’ll join our supported central development programme designed to help you grow into a well-rounded professional and a future business leader.

Where you’ll be based

We have Data opportunities in our Bristol, London, Norwich and Perth offices.

Not every specialism is available in every location so you may need to be flexible about where you work and be willing to relocate if you don’t currently live within commuting distance of the relevant office. You will have the opportunity to preference your location choice during your application.

Wherever you’re based, the likelihood is you’ll balance time in the office with working from home. We call this Smart Working. Three days in the office and two days from home is typical, but this will vary between teams. When you join us, your leader will take time to discuss this with you, and agree what works best for you, your team, and the business.

Even with our Smart Working approach, it’s important to note you’ll still need to live within commuting distance of your contracted office. That way you’ll get to spend time with your team in person, as well as virtually, and get access to the right internal support networks to help you to succeed.
