The breadth of experience and opportunity in my years Aviva has been great. From my rotations on the graduate scheme to moving around roles in my current business area, there’s always an opportunity to learn something new and progress in my career. Being a people manager allows me to pass on the coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship support I have been given in my career, to others in my team.
At Aviva I feel empowered to structure my working day to balance mine and the businesses’ needs; I am trusted to get on with my work. The best thing about Aviva however, is the people. I have a wonderful support network and am able to be my authentic self. I’m even able to wear my rather unusual shoe collection in the office – something that makes me very happy!
