Salary: £25,100
Duration: Permanent role from day one with two year learning programme.

What you can expect

At Aviva, you’ll find a workplace that prioritises people — you, your colleagues, and our customers. We provide the support you need to excel and become the best version of yourself.

Our Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeships, equivalent to a foundation degree, typically take eighteen to twenty-four months to complete. You’ll spend 80% of your time learning on the job, gaining real-life experience and 20% dedicated to working towards your Apprenticeship studies. After completion, we’ll assist you in planning your next steps, whether that involves pursuing further qualifications, certifications, or specific technical development relevant to your role.

You’ll earn a salary while gaining invaluable skills and working towards professional qualifications. No matter where you are in your career, this is an excellent opportunity to build a fantastic future.

You’ll be empowered to be yourself, to own your work and your development — but don’t worry. We won’t expect you to be an expert from day one, or even month one. You’ll have a supportive team around you who’ll be there to help you develop, every step of the way.

And that’s not all. You’ll also benefit from our two year central development programme, giving you everything you need to be an all-round professional.

Where you’ll be based

We have Data Apprentice opportunities in our Norwich office.

Wherever you’re based, the likelihood is you’ll balance time in the office with working from home. We call this Smart Working. Typically, it’s three days in the office and two days from home but this can vary between teams. When you join us, your leader will discuss this with you, and agree what works best for you, your team, and the business.

Even with our Smart Working approach, it’s important to note that you’ll still need to live within commuting distance of the relevant office. That way you’ll get to spend time with your team in person, as well as virtually, and have access to the right internal support networks to help you to succeed.
