Change delivery
Change delivery is brilliant for people who are naturally curious – big picture thinkers who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you enjoy organising, whether that’s information or people, and like to influence thinking and the way things are done, this could be a good match for you. But don’t worry if you’re not sure which role suits you best. In fact, we encourage you to keep an open mind. We’ll help you figure it out during the recruitment process, when we assess where your strengths and interests lie. Roles in this area include:
- Business Analyst (Norwich or York) – our Business Analysts help us understand customer needs – and what’s needed to deliver the practical solutions to meet them. If you’re the kind of person who can explain complex concepts and problems in a simple way, this could be the place for you. You’ll analyse and evaluate business opportunities and identify areas for improvement. And in everything you do, you’ll champion the use of technology to improve how we do things for customers and colleagues.
- Project Manager (Bristol or Norwich) – our Project Managers are experts in organising themselves and others. We look for people who are comfortable taking the lead in a group, and also go out of their way to make sure everyone is heard. With a passion for delivering great customer service and a mix of people and planning skills, you’re just the person to make sure everything gets done in the right way, on time and on budget.
- Risk Analyst (Norwich) – managing risk is an important role across all our change deliveries and day-to-day operations. It ensures we’re keeping our technology, our colleagues and, ultimately, our customers safe. As a Risk Analyst you’ll work with technical and non-technical teams to identify and assess risks, uncertainties, and potential threats. You’ll make sure appropriate action plans are in place and managed effectively to reduce or remove risks, ensuring the safe and successful delivery of projects. You’ll have similar skills and strengths to Project Managers and Business Analysts and will be comfortable being curious and inquisitive, collaborating across teams and analysing and identifying areas for improvement.
