Our Technology Work Experience will show you, because this isn’t a week of work shadowing and making tea, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in real working life. Get hands on with real-world technology projects. And see, up close, what it really takes to shape the technology that serves 18 million customers.
Whether you’re all about tech or just curious what a career in this area could look like, our programme will give you the insight you’re looking for.
Applications for the Technology Work Experience programme are now closed.
You’ll join us in our offices each day for one week, taking part in a range of exciting activities.
You’ll hear from people working in the different areas of our technology department and try out the kind of tasks they’re involved in day to day. You’ll get to collaborate with your fellow students on your own project, coming up with innovative solutions to a problem, and you’ll take part in a range of workshops focused on CV writing, interview preparation and looking after your health and wellbeing.
Last year, students rated our programme 4.8 out of 5 and 85% said they would consider working for Aviva in the future. We’re committed to making your experience even better.
