Technology Change Delivery
Technology Change is brilliant for people who are naturally curious – big picture thinkers who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you enjoy organising, whether that’s information or people, and like to influence thinking and the way things are done, this could be a good match for you. But don’t worry if you’re not sure which role suits you best. In fact, we encourage you to keep an open mind. We’ll help you figure it out during the recruitment process, when we assess where your strengths and interests lie. Roles in this area include:
- Business Analyst (Norwich) – our Business Analysts help us understand customer needs – and what’s required to deliver the practical solutions to meet them. If you’re the kind of person who can explain complex concepts and problems in a simple way, this is the place for you. You’ll analyse and evaluate business opportunities and identify areas for improvement. And in everything you do, you’ll champion the use of technology to improve how we do things for our 19.5 million customers and thousands of colleagues.
- Project Manager (Norwich) – our Project Managers are the experts in organising – both themselves and others. We look for people who are comfortable taking the lead in a group, and also go out of their way to make sure everyone is heard. With a passion for delivering great customer service and a mix of people and planning skills, you’re just the person to make sure everything gets done in the right way, on time and on budget.
- Resource Planner (Norwich) – our Resource Planners work closely with the teams delivering change to ensure they have the right resources to deliver. They have sharp, analytical minds. They love working with data and get a real buzz from working with people too.
To join us in any of our Technology Change roles you must be:
- Studying for an undergraduate degree (in any subject)
- On a course that supports a placement year
- Available to work full-time (35 hours per week) from July 2025 to end June 2026
- Eligible to work in the UK for the duration of your placement, without needing sponsorship
- Intending to return to university for your final year of study after the placement (graduating in summer 2027)
You’ll be a confident communicator with a love of learning and a commitment to continually developing yourself. You’ll also have an analytical mind and talent for problem solving as well as an eagerness to question existing ways of doing things. And of course, we’ll be looking for a genuine passion for change, innovation, and continual improvement.
